Kay joined Capital & Counties in 1984 and has worked on management and development projects for most of our shopping centres. Formerly, as Asset Management Director, she was responsible for the overall asset management of the whole portfolio as well as leasing and retail mix issues for the development projects. In addition, she took overall responsibility for the development of The Chimes in Uxbridge. Kay was appointed Managing Director in September 2005.
Martin Ellis, MCIOB
Construction Director, CSC
Managing Director, Liberty International Construction & Development
Martin joined the group in 1990 and worked until 1993 on the original construction projects at Lakeside, Watford and Bromley. After seven years working for Gardiner & Theobald Management Services, he returned to CSC in April 2000. He was appointed Construction Director for CSC in April 2005. In May 2008, Martin was appointed Managing Director for Liberty International Project Management Limited where he is now responsible for providing construction services across the group.
Caroline Kirby, MRICS
Property Director, CSC
Caroline Kirby MRICS was appointed Asset Management Director for CSC in 2005. Caroline has worked for the group since August 1992 gaining extensive experience as the manager responsible for a wide range of CSC’s regional shopping centres, including involvement in some major recent investment transactions such as Chapelfield, Victoria Centre, Manchester Arndale and Cribbs Causeway.
Trevor Pereira
Commercial Director, CSC
Appointed Commercial Director of Capital Shopping Centres on 1 October 2007 with responsibilities for shopping centre operations, marketing, supply chain and commercialisation activities. Previously worked for airport group BAA plc for 21 years, latterly as Retail and Commercial Director for Heathrow Airport.
Loraine Woodhouse
Finance Director, CSC
Loraine joined the Liberty group as Finance Director for Capital Shopping Centres in September 2008. Previously, between 2004-2008, Loraine was Finance Director of Costa Coffee, which is part of Whitbread Plc. Prior to that she held senior finance roles at Kingfisher Plc.
