New retail stores
Work is underway to remodel part of the centre to provide an additional 40,000 sq. ft. of prime retail space (opening autumn 2005). The three large units have been prelet to Topman/Topshop, Monsoon and Republic. Further opportunities are being explored to add additional retail space, subject to planning consent.
